Chris King bottom bracket and Race Face Deus XC cranks fitted. The Deus XC cranks were previously fitted to the Yeti AS-r sl.

Shimano XT 11-32 cassette and Yumeya chain fitted.

Shimano XT 11-32 cassette and Yumeya chain arrived from Chain Reaction.

Swapped Shimano XT rear derailleur with the Yeti DJ.
Swapped the Bel Air SDG camo saddle for the cow saddle from the Yeti DJ,
Ordered Shimano XT 11-32 cassette and Yumeya chain from Chain Reaction.

Purchased Chris King hub cone adjuster tool from Bromley Bike and tightened rear hub cone.

Removed Thomson Elite (black) short stem and replaced Thomson Elite (silver) long stem previously fitted to Pink Yeti.
Filed down front Hope brake mount as it was rubbing on the floating rotor.
Fitted CicloSport CM 4.2 wireless computer.

Hayes brakes are being swapped with the Yeti DJ Hope brakes as the Cove is now my preferred bike:
Removed Hayes HFX Nine brakes.
Removed Hayes Mud Cutter (wave) rotors.
Fitted Hope Mono M4 (2008) front and Mono Mini (2008) rear brakes and levers from the Yeti DJ.
Fitted Hope 180mm front and 160mm rear floating rotors.

Club Roost grips replaced with Lizard Skins Peaty lock-ons, white, from Evans Gatwick.

Blue Hope 30.0mm quick release seat clamp arrived from Chain Reaction and fitted.

Re-seat Hayes HFX-9 brake callipers on IS mount front and rear.
Fitted KMC X9.73 chain, replacing a very worn SRAM chain.

Merdi! Was looking on Silverfish for the dimensions of the seatpost clamp, as I am thinking of getting a new one, and saw the seatpost diameter is 27.2mm. Checked the seatpost and as suspected it is 27.0mm. Removed seatpost and saddle, fitted 27.2 Thomson Elite from the Yeti DJ.
Ordered blue Hope 30.0mm quick release seat clamp from Chain Reaction.

Purchased KMC X9.73 chain from AD Cycles. Awaiting fitting.

Purchased Hayes HFX brake disc pads from AD Cycles and fitted.

Removed Shimano Deore wheels and removed Hayes Mud Cutter (wave) rotors.
Removed custom Hope Hayes pattern rotor from the Chris King / Mavic wheelset - previously fitted to Pink Yeti - and replaced with Hayes Mud Cutter rotors.
Fitted Chris King / Mavic wheels.

Replaced fork front brake hose cable-tie with rubber hose mount from Beyond Bikes.
